Certified Cargo Solutions is a licensed property broker (MC 1781821, USDOT 4503292) arranging freight transportation between shippers and motor carriers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our onboarding forms, and how we use it.

- Business information: legal and DBA name, addresses, years in business, MC/USDOT numbers, and tax identification numbers.
- Contact information: names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your representatives.
- Onboarding documents: W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, operating authority records, and electronic signatures on our Broker-Carrier Agreement.
- Operational data: lanes, freight modes, commodities, volumes, load and tracking details.
- Credit information: requested credit lines, payment terms, and trade references you provide.
3. How we use information
We use your information to verify authority and insurance, evaluate credit, arrange and dispatch freight, communicate about loads, invoice and settle payments, handle claims, maintain records required by federal regulation, and improve our services. We may send transactional emails confirming applications and load activity.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to move your freight and run our business: with the carrier or shipper on the other side of a load, with insurers and claims adjusters, with payment processors and factoring companies, with our software and email service providers, with professional advisors, and where required by law or regulation. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We retain onboarding records, rate confirmations, bills of lading, and related documents for at least the period required by federal record-keeping rules, and longer where needed for claims, tax, or legal purposes.
6. Security
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls limited to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to our record-keeping obligations. 8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the website and its forms, plus basic aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use advertising trackers.
